Is the entry time mandatory at 7:00 am?No. You may arrive at any time to drop off or pick up your child. We recommend not arriving after 8:30 am so you don't miss important activities.

If I pick up my child after dismissal time, do I have to pay overtime?Yes. The extra hour will be charged from 10 minutes after the departure time ($5).

Can I send my child 3 days a week all day and pay part time?No. You must choose a program and send your child only within that time.

Can I pay only the days my child attends?No. You must pay the full monthly fee regardless of the number of days you are absent.

If my child is out of school for a full month or more, do I have to pay for that month?Yes. If you are absent for vacation, illness or any other reason, you must still pay the full monthly fee for that time.
